Doing Valencia like a local

This travel post is a bit curious since I have never been to Valencia myself. However, when my parents booked a weekend in this lovely city a couple of months ago, they asked if I could do a bit of research for them. So I dived into my favourite travel sites and asked my Spanish friends who are from Valencia and know the city very well. Finally, I put together this itinerary for my parents who really enjoyed themselves and I will definitely have to test it myself soon.
